I have a fast and good service. Long line, but fast.

I love the food. They had to repeat order and forget my Arbys sauce.

To visit last night. We went too late there and the person who led our order through the ride was extremely difficult to hear through the speaker. When we got into the window, we paid cash. The gentleman asked if we wanted our change back. I've never asked anyone before and we were pretty shocked.

You forgot my order when I got it, it was Simi cold. It made me sick later. It tastes good so I'll probably try again. I'll give them a passport because they're new and still find him out.

Slow slow slow service. Too many trainees and one manager working like crazy to keep them focused. Waited over 11 minutes for the order based on the counter timer. Goodness they need to get their act together. Come on management team #dobetter
