Monteluna - Rociana del Condado

We happened on this trattoria purely by chance. The weather was foul, the satellites were out and thus our satnav was malfunctioning. We had hoped to visit the convent at Moguer but between the satnav, the probable change in the one-way system in the town and the possible pedestrianisation of the square where the convent stands we gave up and escaped. But where to have lunch? Restaurante Monteluna in nearby Rociana Del Condado came to the rescue, and in style! It is a most unassuming place, but the welcome was warm. Probably it was understaffed that lunchtime (we were the only ones in the dining area) but we were patient, and it was worth the wait. The food was excellent, the wine most drinkable and the bill tiny for what we enjoyed – less than €28 for two. Brush up on your menu Spanish, but if we can do it, you can do it! Be adventurous and visit!

Un servicio escaso y pésimo. La comida (la que llega a la mesa caliente) muy buena. Se come a cuentagotas, servicio que no está atento,lento y desagradable.
