Delicious Pizza Grill - Rochford

I was not impressed at all with my first order from this restaurant. The website was good, but our food took 40 minutes to arrive and they forgot the crispy mushrooms. The cheese sticks were cold, as were the chips. I decided to eat what was edible and then call to complain. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed clueless, and I could hear the manager in the background saying, "What does he want me to do now? It's been 30 minutes since the food was delivered." I asked to eat my lukewarm food before dealing with the issue. The manager offered to give me the missing items next time, but I insisted on a refund. He said he would have to send the driver with only £3.25 in cash, which I found to be unacceptable customer service. This will be my first and last order from this restaurant. I still have the taste of grease in my mouth. I spent just under £40 and feel ripped off. The food was essentially like something you would get from a burger van on the side of the road. I recommend avoiding this place unless you want to be disappointed like me.

I absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious and arrives at our table quickly. The tables and chairs are very clean, and the staff clears the table before seating you. There are plenty of different options to choose from on the menu.

Great place to go when they have a sweet tooth. I recommend the desserts in a glass! very exhausting!

The restaurant is a paradise for those with a sweet tooth, but it comes with a hefty price tag. We opted not to get any additional items or drinks, as they were also quite expensive. Personally, I feel that relying solely on an app for ordering takes away from the atmosphere of the restaurant, especially when the prices are so high. If you love chocolate on top of more chocolate, then this place is perfect for you.
