Rochester Wine Tavern

We had a great meal here in the dog friendly beer garden. The staff was really obliged to ensure that the 2 dogs had a bucket of water. Meals were all good and I recommend the Lamb Mediterranean salad

We stopped by the Tavern on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 PM, feeling thirsty and hungry. Our needs were met with a satisfying meal and we had an enjoyable dining experience. I have no reservations in recommending this restaurant.

The staff was friendly, although a bit disorganized. The fried food was tasty and affordable, and the chicken carving was enjoyable. We had a pleasant evening and were satisfied with our experience.

I decided to order the Chicken Schnitzel, which I found to be a satisfying meal. My husband opted for a delicious pizza. However, we both felt that the prices were on the higher side. Paying $45-$47 for a steak seemed a bit excessive, especially considering the quality of the restaurant.

Caught up with friends here and had the joy of beautiful food that you want to go back for. I had a rib eye steak and it was cooked perfectly! The mushroom sauce was amazing and I would happily have eaten just that! Great desserts and left feeling decidedly full and blissful!
