Wendy's - Rochester Hills

Stopped in for a salad and went in to sit down. I literally just watched the cashier go over and start handling food with NO GLOVES!!! Walked right out. Disgusting.

Went there at 9:30pm today at the Drive through and the girl is yelling at everyone that she’s short staffed and we need to leave. Wow lol this location needs to get it

Door was locked at 1030 am couldn't get in the restaurant or use the restroom had a box truck so couldn't use drive thru. Plus they put a 18 in tortilla on a breakfast burrito

February 2024- came here to grab something to eat for my daughter. It was around 330. The order to get the food took longer than expected. When the door was open I could hear two workers swearing and yelling at each other. I understand things could happen but my daughter could hear it. The fries and nuggets were cold. They were not working together because I had to ask for my drinks, spoon and straws. The young lady who took my order was very sweet and nice. However, I could tell how stressed she was based on the two coworkers that were fighting. I like the food chain, I would go somewhere else if you need something fast.

Once again, they got the order wrong. I went through the drive thru and ordered 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets, was charged for 10 piece, but received 6-piece regular. Not sure they know how to count.
