I've been in the gas station for 20 minutes. if the participant does not want to work at speedway at 12:24 clock, then they find another job because their disposition is terrible. you never asked me what kind of gas I needed, which led me to get back into the load. You asked me what the problem was while I was still in the game, and I told you. the problem has not been solved, they act like talking is a cardinal sin, but u messed up! now I'm in the icy cold in the middle of the night while you find out if you want to work or not. I'm pissed. then I go in and she's crazy because I used gift cards that she's rejected and now I have to fish the müll. she refused to show me that the cards were refunded, refused to tell me the manager name, refused to tell me her name, the other participant refused to check my cards. the woman told me it was my fault and I should tell her what I needed. I told her no, you should ask me. they said most people are regularly, I have indicated that I am not. How should I know which tank u is needed to tell them what gas is needed? I have tried that some people are very upset when they do that! instead I wait to be asked. When I came out, another man said in a **** that she was the worst! fire them, they are extremely too mean to work with people. do not bring us customers with them because they are short workers!
In terms of the store, it is well kept with a big inventory. Love that part.. what I cannot tolerate anymore is the staff. I grew up in my dads business where we say thank you and greet customers. This place is a joke and I'll go elsewhere.
I've been going to this speedway just about everyday for 3 years. Never had an issue. The one time I want a refund they can't do it. Seriously? God I hate people
Over the past couple of years, I've noticed that the pumps frequently break down, the credit card readers often fail, and I can't recall the last time I actually received a printed receipt. This means I often have to go inside, causing delays for something that should be quick and easy at the pump. When I inquired inside about why the pumps don’t print receipts, the cashier said they didn’t know, but that they were out of paper and hadn’t been fixed. It seems like the owner doesn't prioritize customer experience, and it's been months without a repair. If things don’t improve, I may have to start going elsewhere. I'm writing this review to let the owner/manager know: just because you’re busy doesn’t mean your customers are happy. Please take care of your pumps! And on a side note, could you please stop the constant COVID-related sales? Thank you! I do love your gas station otherwise!
The restaurant did not enforce the mask mandate, even with many customers present. While the staff members were wearing masks, it would be beneficial for the establishment to enforce these rules to help prevent the spread of viruses. The seating area was very crowded, and I noticed several people in line coughing without masks or any attempt to cover their mouths. I decided to leave and would advise others to be cautious as well.
