Bidrage med feedbackThe atmosphere was really friendly Jake was my server and was very attentive and kind he gave that extra Razzmatazz warm feeling. Matt was the bartender and the drinks were superb. Hats off to the manager see she was very pleasant and was handlingher business! I would recommend this restaurant to all my peoples! Well run establishment.
The service here was great and was definitely the highlight of the visit. We got very professional service from the server working the bar area, and he was assisted by some other members of staff throughout our visit. The food was tasty and reallygood value, matching exactly what I would have expected at a Chili's. I would return to this location if we had the need to eatin this area again, as it seems we would benefit from similar service quality and tasty food yet again.
Just finished eating here. Will not be back. Our order had numerous errors (wrong drinks and food) . Had to wait for drinks as waitress informed us they has no clean ones. They were not busy but she kept claiming she had too many tables (she had 5 andtheir orders were incoreect as well. Waitress was rude when we asked for our correct order. Never came back to check on us forrefills. Underneath the booth was dirty napkins ect. Gave us more attitude when asking for the check. I am a very patient andunderstanding person but this was by far some of the worst service I've ever had. Do not recommend.
If you are looking for a bad experience this is the place to go. I have been to many chili's and this one should permanently close. I know they will blame everything on the lack of staff, in my opinion it is way beyond that at this location. If youorder a cocktail make sure it is a margarita or else they won't have the liquor or other items to make it. Don't look at thewalls because they are filthy with food splatter and stains from not cleaning. The only seating they have is in the bar area andthere is huge fly problem, fruit flies and others, constant swatting will be the game not the table top kiosk. The food is overcooked, the steak came out with a nasty blackened crust which means the grill is not being properly cleaned. The nacho's aresoggy which means they were over cooked or left in the window to long, the jalapeno's were limp (old/out of date), and no flavorand the plate of southwestern egg rolls looked like a 3 year old put it together. If you order/ask for anything extra (steaksauce, salsa, guacamole) be prepared not to get it or to wait for it until you're almost done with your meal. It feels and lookslike no one here is held responsible for anything. I have been to many Chili's recently because they are one of my favoriterestaurants to go to but this one should not be allowed to stay open. If the Health Department went in, it would be shut down.Completely disgusting. If I could give it negative stars I would.
The waitress was very good and sweet. But the restaurant seemed dirty. The women's bathroom was gross! Very sticky floor and was dirty!! Guess it's a sign of the times when you can't get anyone to work! Food was ok
