Subway - Rochester

I had the Buffalo Chicken sub on white with spinach, onions mayo and tomatoes. I also had it toasted. Very tasty

The usual Subway sandwich shop. Probably cleaner than average. Quick service. Nice dining area. Two annoying features are that they don't accept Discover Card, and they have a completely worthless hand dryer in the men's room made by Dyson. Those hand dryers are absolutely the worst thing ever made. You can't put your hands in there without touching the likely filthy sides.

I visited the drive-thru to order an Italian B.M.T. sandwich. I inquired about substituting the ham for roast beef, but the guy simply replied, "nope." I then asked if they could make a customized sandwich with roast beef. When we received our orders and arrived home, my sandwich had no roast beef and instead had a thick layer of salami and pepperoni. I called and was told they were out of bread and to come back tomorrow.

I had a sub from this restaurant yesterday. It had just the right amount of Chipotle southwest sauce. I would have preferred pepperoni instead of chicken, as I love meat and work out. I would have preferred just pepperoni instead of both meats.

This branch is usually under-staffed. Staff was doing what they could to help out in-store customers and drive through orders. The place is clean and tidy. The food was good as well.... Sandwiches were made the way we wanted so can't really complain.Overall it was a good experience.
