Bidrage med feedbackI have been a regular at this restaurant for the past few years and never had any issues until today. I stopped by at 12:30 for a quick bite and ordered a big fry and a cheeseburger. When I got to the first window, the order came out as 8.08, which I thought was strange because it didn't seem like my order. I clarified with the cashier that I had ordered a big fry and a cheeseburger. After exchanging money, she went back and I overheard her saying that I hadn't ordered those items. I felt like I was being accused of lying about my order and did not receive an apology for the mix-up. At the second window, I received my order and thanked the employee. I always double-check my food before leaving, and as I was doing so, the employee at the second window asked if I needed help. When I said no, she rudely told me to move up because they had other orders. I was taken aback by the lack of politeness compared to my previous experiences at this restaurant. It seems like they may be training new employees, but their lack of customer service has unfortunately lost them a regular customer.
I always have problems with this location. take all orders from the apprentice seriously. I ordered a fresh one and I didn't get it back. to another place
When I came through the drive thru and when I came home and was ready to enjoy what I thought was a pleasant sandwich just to find that the burger was not completely boiled that was the second time that this happened at this mcdonald’s, I will not go back there and go to the sick house to make sure that I am good and will not be sick of this. You forgot my big fry like four times. I wouldn't be crazy if you didn't charge almost $5 for her. cheers
Well I really don't know what's going on with McDonald's when we were kids it was all good know you go and get cold or hard fries burgers are warm they need to step up sorry to say
