East End Pizza Deli - Rochester

I recently visited Pizzen and Deli in the East for the first time, and I can see why my order took so long to be delivered. The pizza was amazing, as were the Cajun wings - no one makes them like they do in the East. However, my frustration came from the fact that there were only 3 employees, and only 2 of them seemed to be actually working. The front counter employee was too busy chatting with her friend to pay attention to the customers and offer any help. In fact, when another employee gave me my food, the front counter employee didn't even notice if I had paid or not (which I hadn't). I would have left without paying, but thankfully the woman who made my pizza and the man who took my wing order noticed and made sure I paid. I wish I had gotten their names - they were brilliant!
