Dunkin' - Rochester

Drive thru line always moves fast. Orders are almost always spot on, save for the occasional favor mixup here and there.

Literally my favorite dunkin. They make the drinks good and food. Place is clean. This spot is busy but worth the wait.

I don?t know what it is about Dunkin? Donuts in this city but every time I go to one I?m stuck in the drive-thru for 5+ minutes, even if I am the only car on the line. There is no excuse for the painfully slow service I tend to always receive when I simplyorder a single coffee at DD. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a pumpkin spice cold foam brew and I was theonly car in the lane until I pulled up to the window where there was already one car waiting there for his order. After waitingin line for over 5 minutes, the window finally opens and that?s when they took the drivers credit card to pay for the order andtold him it will be right out. I just decided to leave at that point. I?ve never left a drive-thru after placing an order in mylife but my patience has truly run out, pandemic be damned. I don?t understand why every time I order a coffee at nearly anyDunkin? Donuts I am waiting and waiting; again, even if I am the only car there or there?s only one or two cars ahead of me. Idon?t experience this at other places, including Starbucks, Tim Horton?s or McDonald?s, you name it. Dunkin? if you want to sendme the bill for the $3 coffee I never paid for, go right ahead.

This was my first time at this Dunkin location. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my mobile order. I ordered a cold foam pumpkin beverage and an iced coffee with some modifications. Everything was made perfectly. Usually the modifications getmessed up or the cold foam doesn't look right. This was the BEST cold foam I have ever seen or tasted. The iced coffee was madecorrectly and mixed perfectly. Great work. It is refreshing to see people take their job seriously and do their best.

I ordered drive thru and I always order the same drink ALWAYS. Caramel craze latte on ice. Even though it's made sweet and with milk I always add 3 cream, 3 sugar and one scoop of ice. When I got my drink it tasted like water! So I I had to park and goback in and they fixed it no problem the girl was really nice
