Dunkin' - Rochester

We arrived at the restaurant early and found it to be quiet, but the service was pleasant and the hash browns were cooked perfectly!

The restaurant was quite dirty. There were cobwebs in all the windows and along the windowsills, as well as dead bugs. There was dried donut frosting smashed on the woodwork next to the register, and many tiny flies (fruit flies?) that were bothering me and the guest I met for coffee.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and hash browns through my app. It took over 20 minutes to receive my order. I noticed people who arrived after me were ordering and receiving their food before me. My sandwich arrived cold, suggesting it had been overlooked and left sitting for a while. The location was terribly disorganized. This is not the first time I have experienced such long wait times there. It was very frustrating.

Amazing staff this morning!! I've been in Foodservice for over 33 yrs and these 3 Amazing Women were politely working w a sense of of urgency very efficiently while having a full drive thru and line almost out the door..Unfortunately they told me Icouldn't tip them..That's a shame !! Thanku so much for your hard work and being there !! We'll oiled machine!!

These ppl who work here are very incompetent. Twice they got my order wrong not recommend at all The coffee is probably better across the street at the gas station.
