Burger King - Rochester

Burger king was always a national food chain and depends on where you can be 50/50. I wanted to try her nuggets because they had a good deal. I'll never take the meat they called chicken again. to far the worst secret flesh tasted in my life?. the classic, who is still legit, but after pampering in her chicken nuggets, I have not been able to find myself in the drive through the line since then. bk you have to do better! and talk about almost food wendy new pommes are revitalized! Do you think they have mcdonald's recipe lol?

Went in for ice cream and got honestly very gross frozen water, the machine wasn’t even put together correctly. They were rude and the ice cream isn’t worth what you pay their give you so little for the price, 000/10

Drive through suppose to go fast. Not 5-10 minutes waiting for the person in front to get their order.

If you want half decent service and want to get your order right you’re better off going to this location during the day before 7PM. Went through the drive thru at 10:20PM and when we got to the window to pay and receive our food, the girl working the window spoke loudly about the next person in line being the last one before they close for the night while there were still 3 other people waiting to order when we pulled off. It wasn’t even 10:30PM and they were already starting to close when they aren’t suppose to until midnight. By the time we got home with our food our whole order was wrong. Gave us the wrong sized drinks and flavor of drinks, wrong sized fries, even couldn’t make the bacon king I ordered right!Don’t go here when the night shift is there. They’re miserable, rude, and just don’t care about what they give you because it’s all wrong. They only care about trying to close up early if they can. Then give you attitude when you ask for your drinks that you ordered that they forgot to give you. This location used to be good but now they have the most careless night staff I’ve ever seen them have. Closing 2 hours early than suppose to and terrible service.The day time staff is much more respectable and try to get your order right.

This BK on Ridgeway is where we usually go to for our veggie burgers. Today we tried their impossible plant based burger abd it was delicious.. the workers st this place have always been nice .. Never had a problem with them. We are deaf and they’ve always met our needs.Thank you.
