Only been here once. The food was good, but very overpriced and I think I had to pay in cash only.

This place is getting 1 Star 1 star ONLY BECAUSE of the lady who picked up the phone and decided to lack customer service etiquette. I placed an order for delivery to my job through a 3rd party delivery service in which states they deliver to. I notice an hour and a half passes and my food has still not arrived. I call the deli inquire about my order. Her first initial response was “yeah i was going to cancel this order because we do not deliver this far especially on a friday since i only have 1 driver”. I repeat, again, i have ordered from them MULTIPLE times including on weekends have never had to call to ask for the status of my delivery. I did let her know that i would be writing a review on this interaction she just hung the phone up. Here is a tip from someone whos been in customer service for almost 10 years : “Hi i do wanted to apologize for the inconvenience I am aware of the lateness of the driver, he is on his way. I do want to let you know that we do not usually deliver this far on fridays due to our limited staff” ITS THAT SIMPLE TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE.I have no complaints about the food what so ever , staff does need to be coached and trained on how to speak to people.

A sausage egg and cheese with the smallest amount of sausage they can manage to get away with. Didn’t taste the sausage at all. Sandwich just tasted like bread and salt. They charged me a dollar for 1 slice of a tomato. 8.59 for a breakfast sandwich and a water is ridiculous. Especially in this economy. I will never eat here again.

Generous portions and solid quality but not the greatest taste or customer service at times.Edit: A puzzling response from the owner who says nothing is cheap and cites high expenses when I said nothing about price. My comment opens with two pros and recognizes quality, but based on the reply, you can see the best customer service for yourself.

The food is pretty decent but they are totally over priced I paid $12 for sandwiches and a drink and there were only 2 items on the sandwich good food horrible prices.
