The waitress, T, was great. Good customer service all around. The food was a little too salty but I would definitely go back. We love Longhorn and usually have 0 problems at this chain of restaurants. This particular location was our first time. Service was just not good. At all. Drinks and bread came after we ate our salads....and that was not because salads came fast,but because everything else just took forever. My baked potato was missing sour cream(asked for it in advance). I kept looking for our server,asked others for what I needed ,but got nothing. Server never checked on our table or food. We finally could her attention and asked for what we needed. We got it when food was fully finished and we were ready for the check. My husband asked to speak with manager,who could not care less. Overall,food was good,drinks were good. Service not so much. We were recommended by a friend to check this place out. He rated this specific Long Horn and said they were amazing. The food was cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was quiet at first but once it started to pick up they turned on some easy-listening music. The service was somewhat fast but we think it was because there was a party of 10 at the table across from us and they had their food rushed out at the same time. Our food was warm/hot so we assumed that's why. Loved the decor and the lighting. Too much orange but I'm not one to complain or criticize it. I highly recommend this place. Also the bathroom was VERY clean, just curious about the big gap in the middle stall which I unfortunately picked and was very uncomfortable
