Bidrage med feedbackUsed this place a lot before and during lockdown went here for Sunday lunch yesterday and was very disappointed portion sizes left you wanting more and still hungry ice cream Sunday’s were 4.95 but came in kiddies size portions as far as the food goes it was fresh and tasty as always but think the management need to look at the spec on the portion sizes as they certainly don’t match the prices your paying being head chef in the industry myself I always give value for money this definitely was not won’t be using the archer again unless something changes
Booked at table at The Middleton Archer, for a bank holiday treat. Although most of the tables were in use it sounded quiet and there was also people drinking outside. It was well organised and you was greeted at the door and shown to a table given menus and asked about drinks by the friendly staff. A generic bar food menu had a good range with quite a number of veggie options at reasonable prices. The food when it arrived was very hot and tasty, we both had the rag pudding with the chocolate orange cake
We visited the Archer on Saturday evening for a birthday party. The pub is a nice family pub with very friendly and polite staff, the room was very nice and both families at the party enjoyed the evening, the DJ was very entertaining, would use the Archer again because of it locality in Middletown. A very good night for all.
Visiting the area and found it online. Car park/area seemed very run down. Pub was ok, friendly staff and food was good and reasonably priced
