Wawa - Robbinsville Twp

Horrible experience. Waited for 5 minutes watching people get served that arrived after me and the attendant went back to the other side ignoring me so I left to find a place that would serve me.

When I ordered Hot Latte from this place, one employee told me that the latte machine is broken and that is it. They didn?t offer any other drink that was available and the customer service is terrible here. I wasted $4, smh. Half the menu items are always unavailable at this place. This has happened to me three times. I would go to the one close to Hamilton or in East Windsor. I hope you learn something from this review.

Empty shelves no selection. Typical gas station store. Workers often talking and not working.

I?ve visited here a few times, great experiences! Tonight especially, sad I didn?t catch their names, there was a lady cooking behind the counter and another lady who was restocking things and greeted me as soon as I entered the door, they were both very kind, attentive, and pleasant the whole time, and it was past midnight too! If I catch their names next time I will edit and update my review to include them, my order was ready on time (placed it on the app), and every time

I? am a loyal WAWA customer for a long time not happy with the service in Robbinsville. On 3 Occasions I?ve gone in for coffee they have 4 thermos of regular coffee, all but one has closed signs and the one that is supposed to have it is always empty. The response is your going to have to wait, This past time I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the person to make special order coffees I asked her if she could switch out the empty for the full she made me
