Chick-fil-A - Roanoke

The only reason why they get a 4 is because they left the extra mile to please us (I and mother). The chicken pliers were cooked, too brown and crispy. Weapons were cold. Mom's hot chicken sandwich was cold, didn't melt the cheese. The replacements were the same for the chicken. Friends were warmer.

Got in the long drive-thru line on a Friday night and it was super packed. I thought it would take forever to get food. But I think it was one of the fastest times I've ever eaten. The staff was very efficient with the execution of switching off all orders in the Drive-Thru line. The food was also fresh and delicious. I don't know how you do it.

The food was good, but as always. This location is difficult to get into their parking lot because the ride thru traffic works. Both time we ate here, we had to park in the mall parking and go through the ride thru traffic to get in.

Got through the drive-thru very quickly. Ordered the grilled nuggets for the first time. They were delicious. Also ordered a frosty coffee which was fabulously frosty!
