Last time I went I got a bag of raw dough for crazy bread. No apologies or nothing, just a replacement and a white employee telling another, idk but I 'm not arguing with anyone today telling management wouldn 't have been any better. Had a racism issue there also. Never heard back from the store manager almost a year later.

Third time now they have messed up an order this year alone. Ordered breast sticks, it came with whatever the hot sauce is on it, did not ask for that, did not want that. You try to call the customer service line, it is closed. Seriously, raise prices, and still have shoddy service.
