Castaway's Sports Grill Singer Island

The Music from Victoria was 5star however the service wasn’t present. I walked in and asked where to go for service; a waitress told me to sit anywhere and someone would find me… apparently I wasn’t noticed. 10 minutes later no one came to serve me… (i shouldn’t have to look twice for service or ask someone again to take my money so I left) Reply I think it shows a businesses opportunity to grow when they’re willing to to make something right that didn’t go as planned. And so I changed my one star review to a three.

We stumbled into a very fun Bingo Night at Castaway's. The grouper sandwich was amazing, pizza came out over cooked at first and without us saying anything they told us they were cooking another pizza for us since the first one was over cooked. Our server, Tommy, was awesome and helped enhance our visit greatly! Drinks were cold, food was delicious and the Bingo Night was a blast! Highly recommend this place, we will be back soon.

Castaways are so friendly and like our family the Thanksgiving food was good. They gave us Thanksgiving meal for free because had no money to buy it. We love you Andrew and the entire staff. Natalie, Sarah , Sheer just everyone

Sheer and sara you’re two are such sweethearts and thank you both for you love and hospitality and I love the energy you both have. and bar back Brandon thank you brother for hearing my story and taking care of me when I’m at castaways. They are wonderful they have great hospitality, and I really appreciate there care for me. They’re always makeing sure I stay hydrated and they’re always on time with our food. And I give them all 5 stars. I love them so much and I thank you all for your help, love and support. I love the whole team at castaway, thank you Natalie you’re such a sweetheart. For all you do and thank you for always speaking to us even though you maybe having a busy day you always speak to us and smile or you would send someone else to speak to us for you. Thank you all so much, and I love you guys from the bottoms of my heart.

I went here with a group of friends for my birthday and the food was unexpectedly very good! I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was piping hot and quite tasty. We also got the cheesecake and it was 10/10. My two main complaints: 1) they were out of several of the beers we tried to order (completely understandable) and 2) the music was so loud that you can barely hold a conversation
