Waited an hour to go through the line and actually receive our food. people that were behind us in line were getting food before us. super unorganized and annoying. won’t be coming back here.

Great customer service and excellent food! Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Come here for a place to relax and enjoy!

Worst service I had in a long time, after 1:00 hour waiting for my soup I got it and it was extremely cold. I ate it because I was too hungry, they need a Hispanic crew.

This place used to be better but it's often so slow, or out of stock of some items

I usually love Kneaders food especially the salads. I know this location struggles but thought it would be okay for a salad. However I waited in line for over 15 min and then was given a salad that I had to pick out about 1/4 of rotten lettuce. Sad.
