Kfc - Riverton

Everybody loves A&W Root Beer! Whenever I go there I have to have myself some root beer! I wish they would let me come behind the counter so I can make my own ice cream and root beer float. Yum! KFC has the best original crispy chicken and their original recipe. The coleslaw isn't like it used to be but it's still crunchy. Mashed potatoes and gravy can never go wrong nicely spiced just right! And the biscuits! Don't forget the biscuits we love our biscuits. Enjoy your root beer float and a chicken leg! Papa burger Mama Burger baby Burger love them all!

We dropped by just the other day, and I thought it wasn't open because it seems so dark on the inside. There was a note on the door that said they were doing drive through only. So, I figured we should see if they were actually open, and they were. I was very surprised on how fast the service was, but the chicken was all extremely over cooked with very few exceptions. It was so dry I could hardly chew it. The muffins however were the best I've ever had from there in my life...go figure. Only reason for the 3 star were the muffins, otherwise 2.

I used the drive through today and there was a lot of static in the speaker that made it hard to communicate. I pulled up to the window and heard the staff inside making fun of what I'd said in the drive through. I pointed it out to the employee at the window that I can hear them inside laughing and repeating what I'd said. Very unprofessional and unkind. Chicken was also burnt

OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I 've been a KFC fan my whole life, this location seems to be on the decline... Came here recently with my family, first impression was when I went to open the door- look at this door handle Then after standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I shouted out Hello? about four employees came out of nowhere, the one staring at his phone at the drive thru didn 't notice us, or even bother looking up. (I think he had ear buds in) Food was below average, I think that 's a chain wide issue. The employees were helpful once they knew we were there. For the price increases we are seeing it would be nice to walk in to a nice clean environment and be greeted by helpful, cheerful crew.

Way over priced. Orderd 8 piece chicken tenders. Only got 7 and two of them where size of a key. Payed $19.00 for this. What a joke! On top of that it wasent even chicken. Now they use plants in place of chiken. Never going back there again.
