Domino's Pizza - Riverton

The WORST customer service. I ordered dinner online for my five kids, the website processed my order. They called me a FULL HOUR later to say they don’t deliver to my area. 1- why then did the website accept my order and 2- why didn’t dominos make it right and just deliver anyway? They said it was for the “safety” of their driver.

This is the most dysfunctional dominos ever. They do NOT answer phones Online ordering is down majority of the time The order will always take over an hour There is absolutely no way to even contact them to bring up these issues. Like are the owners clueless or something. If they are short staffed to the point where they cant even answer the phone. The owners should be in there filling up empty shifts and actually trying to make their business function. Like for reals, who lets their business function like that. It doesn’t look good all. Straight up laziness.

I’m never ordering from this place again. Not only was my order over 90 minutes late, they forgot my order, triple charged my card, and left out 1/3 of my order when it finally arrived. They won’t answer the phone, so I guess I’ll be heading in to get my money back! I’ve never had a problem with Domino’s until we started getting it from this location.

I used to order from this location once a week or so. Nothing wrong with the pizza… I am not sure what happened around 4 months ago but they all the sudden NEVER answer they phone. I have literally waited letting it ring for 20 minutes . It is honestly a joke I know for a fact they hear it . I have picked up there and witnessed them let it ring. I get it place gets busy I’ll wait once but at this point I have tried 10 times same thing every time. I waste 20-30 minutes trying to call. Sucks this place is good and it’s close to me I am done supporting this business that employees care less about there customers

This place is terrible. Our 1 pizza was being prepped for over an hour. I have tried to call three times and no one answers. This is absolutely ridiculous. Is there even a manager that works at this location? Now we have to drive to get our pizza when we paid for it to be delivered.
