Gross, order a salad and the rice is so hard it looked like it’s left over for days

Just went through the drive thru but the worker at the window was very good at repeating our order back to us and got everything quickly and correctly!

Ordered a chicken salad but got pork. It said chicken on the receipt too. Didn’t notice it till I got home.

Repeatedly has messed up our order and then is very unapologetic about it. My husband doesn't like cheese. It shouldn't be that hard. Theyve also messed up our sauce. We've also gotten hair in our food. We won't go to this location any more.

Ordered 4 meals for takeout and showed up at the time given. Let them know I was here and was told they were working on my order. It took over 25 minutes and I still had nothing to show for out. The line hasn't even been occupied. People walking in and right up to the counter, getting their meals made and walking right out. What is the point of preordering if it puts you so far on the back burner that you spend longer waiting to get served than if I just walked in unannounced. Finally had to te … – show
