Bidrage med feedbackI have never had a bad experience here, staff is always kind me. This is the only Starbucks I enjoy and want to go to near this area. Zay went above and beyond to ensure my order was done correctly. On my way to pick up my online order I had a few issues come up and I was unable to go pick up my drink. Zay made sure my drink will be available to be picked up whenever I could make it and made fresh when I arrived.
One of the highlights of my day is coming to this Starbucks and being warmly greeted (by name! by each of the baristas.My job does not allow me to spend much time with people, but the daily interactions I have with these amiable, green-aproned employees are a huge blessing for me and help me stay motivated. Keep up the good work!
We used the drive thru to buy 2 drinks. Very nice person at the drive thru window. No problems with our order.
This store is a service family owned store in Riverside near March AFB. We always visit when we are at the cemetery.
So I am no coffee addict nor aficionado by any means, so this is not about the coffee, nor the service, it's about how long it took to get my very simple order...sigh... Looks like seating for about 30 people, there is no one in line, about 6 people seated. Yet I have been waiting 20 minutes. I assume it's because of the drive through... sigh You know the WORST part, the WORST FREAKIN' PART?!? When you make a purchase at Starbucks they pressure/ guilt you into a tip, for a take out order, where there is no services provided, are you kidding me?!? This is the regular business model, yeah I think that I will quietly take my business/ money elsewhere. I will probably NEVER go back to another Starbucks ever. And check this out. I am still sitting here waiting for my order, Geez It would take A LOT to make this right....grrrrThe employee seem, nice, and the place is clean though... so yeah.
