Red Lobster - Riverside

I came to celebrate my birthday on Wednesday night, service was terrible. I have come to a red lobster in the last 17 years to celebrate my birthday and I always get the endless shrimps. This time my experience was ruined by stingy and treating us like kids, say we need to finish that before you get another shrimp option. I don't know about others, but I want to have all the different types of shrimp on a continuous rotation so I can eat different flavors. Then they took too long to get the next option out. They were also stingy with bread. This restaurant ruined my birthday party. I forgot to mention that we have set ourselves, and it took 10 minutes until the waitress could recognize again and order our drinks. I think they just lost a customer. I'll never celebrate a birthday in this red lobster again. I called the next day and the manager didn't even let me tell her what happened.

Usually reliable. My wife just ordered for the pickup. We got the $40 trio plate (the last time was amazing) and the lobster was not well cooked, the salmon had no taste and they shortened us rice. All these not ideal for an expensive plate. It was in a busy hour, but the restaurant wasn't busy yet. Please note that it is important. You must have good quality food for this price, no matter what. Not sure we'll be back.

The food was great! Our server was great, but also very overwhelmed, so it took a while until our second services came out from shrimps.

Came on a Saturday night at 4:45 and there were more employees than customers and only about 6 tables filled, but for some reason it took 15 minutes to get space. Then it was 20 minutes before someone else took our drink order. It turns out that we are sitting in one of the many empty sections, but the server for the area where we were sitting was on break. That's a smart host. In any case, co.e will not return to this place. 3 managers in the building and they still can't manage to fix this place and work properly. Bacon-wrapped scallops are terrible. Just FYI. Mostly because they can't cook them properly. They were not golden brown. They were white and hardly warm. I ordered loaded potatoes and they forgot to load them so that the waitress brought out the blows in small cups and I had to assemble my loaded potatoes. Good Lord. The bacon Mac and cheese is fine, the steak was boiled to the right temp, but the lobster tail was cold. Overall, my daughter and I both agreed never to come back here again.

Came here again and food was great Server Dallas was pretty fast she was able to help me out over all not bad at all really great food I was pretty happy and Satisfied
