Bidrage med feedbackOne of the employees on hand doesn't understand the two for seven classic burrito mix and match. The employee tried to charge me, as if I was getting 2 of each burrito, instead of one of each. They argued what two for seven meant incorrectly. What the break down in training and communication was became evident, when I looked at the receipt with the charges added, then removed, where you can clearly see the burritos time two.I wonder how many customers order two burritos and pay for four, instead of canceling their order, like I did.It's in a Shell station, with only outside seating, so no dine in, which is not ideal with the majority hot weather.The service was a little slow, but one employee later at night, it's whatever.The chocolate shake was fine and as expected. I know it's not Del Taco's fault, I hadn't been able to eat dinner and really needed a meal, health wise, but it made the situation that much worse.

Usally this place is fire ? but after tonight not going back. Ordered 20 bucks worth of food and my son opened his 2 snack tacos ? because they were literally just the shell. I called to complain ? and I was told snack/regular tacos only come with about a tablespoon of meat and 2 pinches of cheese. Two broken shells and a clumped up tablespoon of meat.
Drive thru speaker was rude as heck and sounded like a female voice. The dude that gave me my food at the window was nice but she was the meanest person I’ve ever met working customer service. Said “K” a lot too like I was interrupting her. Overall bad person to speak to customers. Probably won’t come back and drive further from my house to go to another location.
Not 24 hours! They were closed in the morning between 3am and 7 am.*update 3/16/23*Sign says closed for 10 to 15 min, been here 20 min.
