Carl's Jr. - Riverside

New cashier, receipt says named Karlos, has gotten my drive thru order wrong 3 times now. I've let the last two times slide because I understand human error, but 3 is too much. He needs to be retrained. I've asked for jalapeño Angus burger and I getthe cheap version with a small patty. I've asked for the hand breaded bacon Swiss, and I get the regular chicken one withnothing but chicken and pickles. All the other cashiers get them right. Please fix this. Just so we're clear, I don't think heshould be fired or anything, though I complained to him, he took it professionally throughout the entire exchange and he seems afriendly enough person, he just needs a little more on the training.

THE SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. WE CLEARLY ANNOUNCED OUR DESIRED ORDERS, WHICH HAPPENED TO INCLUDE THE INFAMOUS RED ONE PIECE LARGE CUP. THOUGH OUR INTENTIONS WERE CLEAR, WE WERE SWITCHED TO ANOTHER CASHIER. IT FELT DEHUMANIZING BUT UNDERSTANDABLE.AFTER THIS BUMP WAS PASSED, I FEEL THE NEED TO MENTION THE WAIT. THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS SLOW DESPITE THE FACT THERE WERE TWOOTHER CARS INFRONT OF US. EVEN WHEN ARRIVING AT THE FOOD WINDOW, WE HAD TO WAIT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR MILKSHAKES.THEY FORGOT OUR HAMBURGER DUE TO POORLY MADE SPEAKERS. OTHERWISE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD.

Why did it take 20 minutes to get my sandwich when there was no one else in the restaurant. Why did one of the employees have a blaze Pizza shirt on when he works at Carl's Jr? Why did another employee have a Playboy University sweater on? Are those properCarl's Jr uniforms Playboy and blaze Pizza?

So slow. Empty restaurant took forever for chicken stars and fries. Took 20 minutes then I asked for my food and they picked it up from a back area bagged ready to go,But didn't say anything until I came up and asked for it.

Worst experience of any fast food place ever! The burger we paid too much money for had been sitting in the warming bin for at least an hour. The bun was so hard you couldn't bite into it. French fries were old and stuck together. Just horrible. Employeesobviously don't care about what they are pushing out the drive-thru window. I will never spend my hard earned money at thisplace ever again.
