Bidrage med feedbackI love Zaxby? Cobb salad. So much that I get the same salad 4 times a week! Today I was not satisfied for the first time. I usually order online as today. I called shop and asked for a manager. I let them know that I was on my way to work and that was the first time I got my salad and the grilled chicken was cold too the bacon was missing from my salad. She told me that first I had to make a picture of the salad with the food I had seven days. I'm sorry, but I can't get food until I get there later. So my money was was wasted and I think I have to go to Tara Blvd now?
Don't come here and waste your time. Very slower and drive lines is a turtle speed.
Bad customer service. I placed an order online called the number for kurbside pick up it took about several calls to answer for them. That was 6:40. At 7 p.m. no one had brought the delivery, so I retrieve it suspended then I think the phone took out of the hook because after I called several times I always had the activated signal. I moved to the drive thru window and asking was someone bring out my online delivery the two girls in the window were admired and laughing they also said that they stop doing online orders, I assume because the drive thru order was so long, so I sat there for what like another 10 minutes before they hit me on the drive thru window to get the food.
Do not want you to go through a car ride and pay your order for your food and go home in peace Yes. Thanks to Minouche the General Manager in this Zaxby who has not happened. I spent almost an hour in the car thru last night. I'm a patient and I understand things happen, but I felt really sorry for the team last night. At first there are no lights on the menu board during the night. Second, the car was waiting in front of me for over 25 minutes. Usually I thought the car before you, if the order was not ready, they would be asked to move and allow others to go forward. When I came to the window, I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to the window. The server was very apologetic and began to explain that they were understaffed and he called his General Manager Minouche to get help and he was so frustrated. He told me to send a complaint and that was his GM error (Minouche). They really needed help last night. There were also at least six cars behind me. So I can only imagine what they felt....??
Every single time I come to this location there is an extremely long wait. This time I waited in line 20 minutes before my order was taken and it still took 20-25 minutes to even get to the window. I only waited because I had already paid for my food through one of the associates taking orders in the drive thru outside. I finally got to the window only to get cold food. I?m so sick of Zaxby?s period! This isn?t the only location that is **** poor. Zaxby?s needs to do better as a whole.
