Starbucks Coffee - River Grove

I visited this Starbucks because at the time, I just happened to be in the area and craving an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. Also, Upside, a cash back application offered a 3% cash back offer on purchases that I really wanted to redeem at the time.The drive-thru at this location was congested during the time of my visit, but moving at an acceptable pace. After nearly considering going inside to order, I stayed in the drive-thru lane once I noticed how quickly the vehicles were in-and-out.I earned 19 cents cash back immediately, but one mistake I made was not fully reading the instructions pertaining to Upside purchases at Starbucks. Upside sends a gift card that you utilize to pay with once you know the total of your purchase. I paid, plus indicated that I used the Upside gift card feature resulting in me double paying. It was a lesson learned with Upside that had nothing to do with my experience at this location.As for the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, I enjoyed every bit of it; Its appearance was presentable, fresh, and its taste was most definitely satisfying. All in all, I had a pleasant ordering experience at this Starbucks. And as I indicated in this review, I enjoyed my order and would surely order from again whenever in the area.~Blessings~Thomas G

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong. I will order from this location because it's very close to home. I will never order from this location again. I will stick to the Starbucks by work. Very friendly staff and I never had a problem with them getting my orders wrong.

This is a good Starbucks. They are very friendly and experienced. Location could be a little difficult to get in and out of.

On this location I spend every day between $18-$20 al the time they are out of some thing!!! Sorry sir we are out of bags . Sorry sir we are out of straws. Sorry sorry sorry sorry . And they came with a new thing. They Keep asking you for tips. So i decide from today I will never stop by this location. Thank you very much
