Venezia's New York Style Pizzeria

*UPDATE* since I wrote my last review, I ordered again tonight, a Weds, and the cake was so much better than last time. Bravo! I'll do Wednesday, pizza night. A few months ago I started ordering from Aldo and loved her cakes. I understand that things are hard with the Covid situation, but if I order a cake with extra cheese well, I expect what I got in the past. The last two times I ordered an XLarge cake, crust well made with extra cheese, I wrapped with an additional inch dough on the outside and hardly any additional cheese, plus is not well made. I want a little crunchy in my dough. We may have to order on different nights, because it's all to prepare who prepares the cakes. After trying this approach, if I don't see a cake I've seen before, I'll go somewhere else or even make my own cakes.

My new favorite pizza place in the city and this comes from a cook trained under a master Pizzaolo (per baker / master pizza cook). It reminds of the big cakes in NY and LA thin perfectly but moist and dry at the same time crust, but not soggy. They definitely deliver my fav place in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas along with Dion's and Saggios. Huge pizzas and slices and huge calzones. I've ordered three days since I tried them first.

Not only the food AMAZING, but the service is exceptional. They're busy for a reason. If they make a mistake in your order, it will be corrected, no questions asked. Something was missing from my order and they offered to deliver it or give a refund. Please be a friendly person understand that they are very busy BECAUSE their food is amazing. The manager will take care of you. My friend of Missouri visits me to try the best pizza in NM. Thank you Aldo Pizza for everything you do!

Moved to the area and tried Aldo's for the first time. We ordered our standard pepperoni and green Chile pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back.
