Please note that if they pay for a large number of chili cheese sauces, that is not that they get a large order, only the large tablet. this happened several times at this place during the peak and slower hours. I have ordered small, medium and large with very little difference if any in the amount of food they receive. they don't waste their money on big orders from CC-Tassen or fries, unless they just want more packaging.

The line was long and it took a while to get our order of milkshakes. However, the staff was amazing - friendly and helpful 99% of the time. Unfortunately, the milkshakes were poorly mixed and lacked crunch or whipped cream on 2 out of 3 of them. It must have been an off night because they are usually better!

The two children working the drive-thru seemed more focused on playing around than attending to the long line of customers. It took 10 minutes just to get my drinks after reaching the window, totaling 35 minutes from when I first arrived in line. Despite the promptness of the drinks, the service was not the best.

My son ordered the chicken sandwich combo and received a burnt dried up sandwich. How can a cook send this out knowing its burnt and wouldn't even eat it. unbelievable!! I contacted Sonic support, they offered me a free cheeseburger with purchase. What a joke! Its the principal not the money.
