Pho Bar Restaurant - Rio Rancho

This Pho broth is very light in flavor. I was just hoping for a bit more punch out of a spiced beef broth. Good Banh mi.

We walked in about an hour to close with a party of 15. There was no frustration and the staff was great. The owner of this restaurant is a really good guy. Good sense of humor and he is welcoming of families with small children. The food was delicious and served fast. I will definitely be returning

Delicious real broth! definitely not instant, plenty of herbs, includes sriracha and hosin. Their competition down the street charged me for sriracha and tasted instant. Don’t feel regret just wait for them to open!

Great friendly knowledgeable service and some of the best VN food I’ve had this side of the Pacific. Very flavorful broth and sauces and authentic VN cuisine. Kudos to Pho Bar.
