I Sassi Rossi - Rio marina

Ok we popped in for lunch today 23 July. I think I probably had the best seafood pasta I have ever had in my life. Clams octopus mussels and prawns delicious. Served by two brilliant waiters who were friendly and really helpful. It had a real family feel to it. Actually Cavo is a lovely place. I wished we had decided to stay there. This restaurant would make us come back ! Well done and thanks !!!!!!

We had dinner too early (7pm), so the atmosphere was not so great. Started with the antipasti of the chef, which are a nice selection of seafood. The choice of pasta was not very rich and the pasta dishes were a bit disappointing, we expected some crab and it turned out to be some kind of shrimp heads in gnocchi.... lost in translation.

Very nice sea food. Very nice personnel. You may need to reserve for dinner to sit outside. You must try the octopus salad.

We're local, and we wanted to have dinner tonight, and it was a great idea. friendly and prepared service, dishes prepared with care and professionalism, all seasoned with a location and with a very pleasant musical background.

Nice cozy place on the seafront. we received a quick and courteous service and all the dishes we liked. a mention for cutting tuna with tropea onions.
