My fiancé and I bought a small cake to sample before going through them for the actual wedding cake. We called before hand to order this cake and asked for them to make us a 3 leches cake with only frosting no extra add ons. We repeated this to the person who took our order multiple times. We had a family friend pick up the cake and we got home to a 3 leches cake with fruit and coconut. Unfortunately, my fiancé is allergic to coconut, so we called to see if we could have them remake our cake and even offered to pick it up within a couple of weeks since we know it could be hard to fit in time to make a cake. The person who took our call said they could remake the cake but we would have to pay full price for a new cake even if they were at fault. We refused to pay for a new cake, she next offered for us to take our cake and for $10 she would remove the extra toppings. We obviously refused this since it could still trigger my fiancé 's allergic reaction we could easily removed the toppings from home without having to pay. After seeing the way they handled such an easy fix we refuse to give our business to a company who does not acknowledge their own mistakes. It is very unfortunate since we liked their cakes and looked forward to having them cater our big day.

Love the bakery. Jalapeño and cream cheese bollilo are so good. And the donuts are delicious. Everything looked good

Bad customer service, the girls' employees in the front are rude and arrogant, 2 bad experiences are too much to take. We pay for the bread and your salary we are every day costumers, change your pre order sign from 3 to 8 days prior to order cakes 1 day to another and they told me to I can order 3 days before my party, but when I went there 2 days after they told me to look at the sign , now with a marker they converted the 3 into an 8, so obvious,they think people are stupid, they just fill the 3 and rounded, if I can see that everyone alse can see it too, I went there 2 weeks previous and ask for prices and flavors, I asked the girl how many days or weeks and she told 3 days at least but if is not holiday a day before, she even asked someone in the office to make sure, but when I told her this everyone just denied with prepotency and laughed, thanks to this I never come back there I went to VIVA supermarket and ordered cake a day before my party date. Now I don't go or neither my family and friends.

Best Tres Leches Cake in town. I ordered the most lovely Christmas cake from this bakery. I've been to many Latino bakeries and this family owned small-business tops them all. Come in early, because their bread can sell out.

Ok being raised in Sacramento I have always been an Esperanza fan but since I am now in north sacI have been looking for a panaderia of the same quality I found it in I C! I no longer have to drive to south Sacramento. The pan is delicious!!! They even have minis which I have gotten quite often. Everything we have gotten there including cakes are always delicious! Every time we place an order it is fresh and ready! The best time to go is early because they do get sold out. I have recommended to people I know and gladly give them 5 stars!!! Enjoy
