I work here… The negative comments are what ever. Staff has improved significantly. Lines are long because short staffed. Just gotta be patient. And bare with us. We are people trying to get you guys home as soon as possible to your family to relax. This company is trying there best to have good prices, I know we aren’t the best, but we try especially with our employees shortage. Cashiers have improved too. Management has gone wayy better ! Just know that we try our best for OUR customers, for YOU to keep you satisfied. I know we have homeless roaming around, What can we do. There always going to come. Places aren’t ever going to be perfect. I’m sorry about that. On a real note about produce, They got more people now to deal with the problem and even with the meat problem too. The company is taking little steps for improvements. And I say we are doing a good job with that. I hope you ladies/gents enjoy the store and the groceries you get. All this “I’m never shopping here” or even comparing us to other stores isn’t hurting us it’s just like we get it. We have a little competition, We are trying to keep up. If you see how the employees and managers and like be in our shoes you’ll see how hard we are trying to figure solutions for the problems. I want my message to be seen by your bosses! Yesterday, products from your store were brought to my address without knocking on the door. There is no receipt in the package! And I'm worried about the one who did not receive their products and for the one who delivered them incorrectly !!! Answer what to do in such cases and where to call??? These products are still packed in my refrigerator!!! I can't eat someone else's food, but I can't throw it away either. It's hot outside and leaving them here would be the same thing as throwing them away! This is the 4th time in a few months! Write on the site what to do in such situations and leave at least a receipt with the delivery address in the package! For people like me, who find it difficult to take someone else's! And I'll take it myself!!! Thanks in advance for the answer!

This food 4 Less is beautiful. The store was not crowded when I visited, the shelves were in stock, and the staff was great.

Don't worry. It's pretty clean. I had terrible, I mean terrible in the hood, experiences with Food 4 Less. I told myself I never go to one again. I found myself in a pimple and really had no option but to go here. It was pleasant to my surprise. Very clean and organized business. Never too many people in there, so it's nice not to keep so much fear secret 6ft distance from people. Good wine selection. That said prices are not much a deal vs somewhere else. The registers are usually extended to 2/3. Which in turn, create long lines for a fairly slow memory in view of size. Many generic brands float throughout the business I do not trust. But look through, find the trusted brands. All-in-all: It's worth it. Beautiful option for food in this area with limited options

My visit here was nice the store was very clean, the parking lot I don't think is controllable from the store, but homeless RV people are attacking on the parking lot, which makes it rough on people just try to go and buy. The shop staff was nice, but I was surprised to see 4 employees outside (smoker break or just hang together) and to see only 2 people on the registers and each line had 5-6 people waiting. In total, a large shop, but maybe some additional training and encouragement to get more on the registers for a faster check-out time between buyers. Thank you for those who work and appreciated here during these crazy times!
