The last time I was at Fran's Café located in downtown Rio de Janeiro, I had an unpleasant experience. First of all, waiters take forever to serve those at the table. I ordered a sandwich called Homemade and a Coca Cola. The waiter said that this request would be fulfilled in less than 15 minutes. After more than half an hour waiting without the order having arrived, I went to the service desk to get some information about what was going on. Again, it took another eternity for someone to attend to me. When a person finally came, he was in a bad mood, behaved rudely, and, responding in a monosyllabic manner, ordered me to sit down again, that my order would already be the next to be sent to the table. I went back to where I was sitting and waited another 15 minutes, until my sandwich finally arrived, but cold and tasteless. Coca Cola came just cold and with not a single stone of ice in the glass. When paying the bill, when I informed the waitress that I would not pay the 10 on account of all this, she frowned and said that it was not the fault of the waiters if the kitchen took too long to prepare the requested dishes . I said that I didn't want to know whose fault it was, I just wouldn't pay the fee because I was poorly served in general. Novamente, demorei outra eternidade para que alguém me atendesse. Quando uma pessoa finalmente veio, ela estava mal humorada, comportou se de forma grosseira, e, respondendo de forma monossilábica, mandou que eu voltasse a sentar que meu pedido já seria o próximo a ser enviado à mesa. Voltei ao local onde estava sentado e aguardei mais uns 15 minutos, até que meu sanduíche finalmente chegou, porém frio e sem gosto. A Coca Cola veio apenas fria e sem nem uma única pedra de gelo no copo. Ao pagar a conta, quando informei à garçonete que não iria pagar os 10 por conta de tudo isso, ela fez cara feia e disse que não era culpa dos garçons se a cozinha demorava a preparar os pratos solicitados . Eu disse que eu não queria saber de quem era a culpa, apenas não iria pagar a taxa porque fui mal atendido de uma maneira geral. Encontrar o culpado caberia à gerência do restaurante que, sibceramente, me parece ser o maior responsável por esse péssimo atendimento. Ao dizer isso, a moça pareceu se aborrecer ainda mais e passou a recolher os pratos de forma rude e grosseira.

A comida tava ok, nem muito ruim e nem boa, mas não recomendo.

Trabalho no prédio e sempre desço para lanchar, um local como o ventura, que tem muitas empresas, fluxo grande de pessoas, nunca encontro salgados, tem sempre 1 ou 2 no máximo, sem variedade incusive, parece que colocam de pouco em pouco sendo que a demanda é grande de pessoas, principalmente no horário de lanche da tarde. Deixam MUITO à desejar!
