Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant was opened late December 2014. We visited in March during a business trip to Rio Branco and we ended up there against my wish as I planned to go to another restaurant named O Paco which is next door to La Nonna. The restaurant is located at the "Parque da Maternidade" (Motherhood park, if translated) and the interior is no different than any other fancy restaurant in Sao Paulo or Rio Janeiro. Just beautiful with great wood made furniture and nice local paintings on the walls. Most surprising was the outstanding quality and presentation of the food. As we were in a party of eight we were able to try beef, risotto, past, fish and so on. Everything was delicious and served in good size portions. The desserts were a blast. The local "mussy de cupuaçu" is unbeatable. For those who know that Rio Branco is the most difficult State capital to reach by road in Brazil will have a hard time to trust on my review. I would too. The restaurant next door I mentioned is owned by the same family that runs La Nonna. If you are there, dont miss it. By the time we reviewed there was no website available for the restaurant, only a facebook page.
