Bidrage med feedbackGiven that the tourism industry is really struggling, I expected more. I was in Rimini for the TTG TRAVEL Tourism trade show. One of the topics on a panel, addresses this subject specifically. When the borders open, we have to be ready. Well, this restaurant wasn 't. They are relying on old school standards and practices. This restaurant is stuck in the golden age of tourism when the client was 'lucky enough ' just to be in Italy; therefore, service standards were very low. And they still are. I found a hair in my mussels. Since I have grown up in restaurants and worked at many around the world, I didn 't say anything continued eating, knowing full well I was not going to die. Then my main course of grilled octopus came, looks good! Can 't wait to dove in... til I spotted another hair. This time, it robbed me of my appetite. I politely called over the owner and explained the situation. He replied: ' Would you like a limoncello? ' I scuffed at this and asked him if he was serious. He was. I asked for the bill wrote this. The End.
The staff seem to think you are just there to be in their way. Ordered 2 more beers, they never arrived. I checked on the bill to find they had been added, when I told them that we had not had the beer they accusingly said we had. After reluctantly adjusting the bill they came back without any apology. Oh, the food was OK I shall not be returning
Never seen this service before, we had to wait way to long to order. Next, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our non-chilled beers. The dishes were served seperately, which meant that one of my friends had already finished his pasta, while I had not received my dish yet. When asking for the bill, we again had to wait so long that we even considered leaving to see if they would finally respond to us. After you receive the bill you again need to wait long to finally pay. All-in-all never going back
I received the cold food after they took it to someone else's table. After I reported it, they changed it, but it took 30 minutes, during which time my girlfriend was hungry... the waitress was not very kind, unfortunately. But she still didn't forget to put the cover of 6 euros at the end :
We were four travelling together. Two persons had to wait longer for their food. No vine menu no desert menu. When I got my dinner it had big strap of plastic in it. I couldn't eat there after that. The vine was also bad and they made us feel unwelcome, I was as polite as can be so I didn't understand the attitude
