Bidrage med feedbackWe were in the rimstone for a very early summer. we wanted to take a bit between the ceremony and the reception. they were understated and bruised. I was shocked because there are not many tables in the restaurant, so it shouldn't have been a train wreck. our server was rude when I expressed my concern that it took us 2 hours to get our wraps. this time, not so much.
The restaurant is located in the Best Western hotel. Formerly Richard's Family Restaurant, the new owners of Rimstone Family Dining are doing a great job to satisfy their customers. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous.
We had the pleasure of dining at Richard's Family Restaurant at the Best Western Hotel in Rimbey tonight for their special nativity feast. The portion of meat was generous and cooked perfectly, the homemade Yorkshire pudding was delightful, the stuffed baked potato was piping hot, and the vegetables were fresh. A picture wouldn't do justice to the delicious meal we enjoyed. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel like part of the family. We even had the chance to chat with the owner, who has been running the restaurant for about seven years. It's clear that word is getting out about this gem in Central Alberta, and it's no surprise why. Despite challenges in the oil industry affecting their business, Richard's Family Restaurant continues to shine as a top dining spot in the area.
We recently visited a newly opened restaurant that is an excellent replacement for Henry's. The restaurant is quite cozy with about 12 tables, and the waitress was quite busy as it was fully occupied. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, and we both decided to try the chicken neptune with minestrone soup. The soup was flavorful with plenty of meat and vegetables. Our main course took a bit of time to arrive, but it was excellent despite needing a bit more Hollandaise sauce. We were surprised when the chef, Richard, came out to check on our meal. For dessert, I tried the black forest torte and found it to be an 8 out of 10. Our total bill, including drinks, came to $55.28, which we found to be very reasonable for a sit-down meal. We will definitely be returning for another meal. Keep up the good work!
