We arrived at 9.15pm with a reservation made; We waited 10 minutes to get a table and until 10pm just to order a drink; The pinsas were brought at 11.30pm, one of which was also wrong (they brought it back by simply removing the wrong ingredients) Extremely slow service and inexperienced waiters, it made you want to get up and leave the place. An apology from one of the managers was followed by a 6 euro discount on a bill of 86 euros; quite ridiculous in my opinion. Justifications made up in the air to cover up poor management of the place, given that the alleged problems with the oven they were talking about did not apply to the next table who saw him receive his pinse while we who had ordered before, remained to watch.

Horrible experience! If I could give zero, I would. We booked a table for 9.15pm, they made us eat the appetizers at 10.40pm and after a good hour the pinsas. You got it right?! FROM 9.15PM, THEY BROUGHT THE PINSE TO US ALMOST MIDNIGHT! It doesn't end there, after all the waiting they even make a mistake and don't even make it again, so they left a diner without eating! To our complaints about the poor service, they tried to make vague and clearly uncaring excuses and then make us pay the bill which clearly should have been offered. I highly doubt that the positive reviews are real and even the photos, leaving aside the terrible service, the food was mediocre and the real pinsa is not what they offer. If you want to get a kick out of it, this is the right place.
