Mimmo's Italian - Ridgway

Mimmo's is a small, local Italian restaurant in Ridgeway IL. I was stopping by and wanted to get a bite to eat. The meatball sub was great! I really liked the bread! Was it made in-house? The texture was so good! It was not like something that comes from a factory! The meatballs were delicious! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese! I tend to over-do it when I make meatball subs. The meal came with a salad as an appetizer, and there was plenty of salad! They whipped it up when I ordered, so it was fresh! I'm definitely not sorry I stopped to eat here!

Free salad was fine. Garlic bread free was gross. Chicken bacon sub had about 1 oz of meat on it literally and gross. Toasted ravioli was plain and sauce was even plainer. Waitress was nice. Very polite servers, family atmosphere, clean, and order was on time with no long wait. My pizza was awesome and at a great price. Server that took my phone order was knowledgeable about the number of people each size would accommodate. Vegetarian options: They offer salads. There menu offers a variety of things, not just pizza.
