Santoni's Pizzeria And - Ridgewood

I’d give less if I could. Don’t bother trying to get delivery from this place. On a good night, the food will be there in 2 hours. But now I’ve had it happen to me twice when I call up to check on my order that they don’t have the ticket at all. Once we called it in and today it was an online order. So whatever is going on, you can’t trust that they are actually making your food when you call up. Don’t waste your time like I have now twice!

Went for a slice today, which wasn’t good to begin with and then after what I saw and heard left a very bad taste in my mouth. I witness such unprofessionalism and horrible behavior from the staff. A man went in to work what seemed to be his first day and asked to speak to the manager or owner and they just laughed at him. Didn’t bother responding to him and looked at him as if it was a joke. I could visibly see the poor man felt awkward and confused. As a customer I felt uncomfortable seeing this. Poor guy just wanted to work and they laughed at him. So rude and immature. In the world we live in so sad that people treat other this way. The man left and I don’t blame him I wouldn’t want to work in a place that treats their employees this way. As a now ex-customer not spending my money here. No thank you!

I have ordered food from this place a number of times and has always been good....the only issue that I do have is that they do take long to deliver so you are better off picking the food up.

I ordered a pizza, garlic knots and a chicken parm sandwich.. took two hours to get delivered... two hours for pizzeria food... pizza was below average, chicken parm was bad. Garlic knots and sauce were good. Wont be going to this place tho. Hard pass look elsewhere

Penne vodka with Chicken was delicious! Not too greasy or salty, just how i like it. Fast service. I would Recommend!
