Le Pancake Cafe - Ridgewood

Used to go to the previous restaurant at the same Location 'Country Pancake House ' and it was always a great spot to eat in or takeout for all things pancakes and breakfast. First time trying this new place since ownership/restaurant changed in the form of a to-go order while at work. Was a pretty poor experience. First off, their prices online are outdated and the cost has increased by 33% on all menu items. This is totally understandable with current inflation, however it should be transparent and reflective on their website. Second thing which was an issue over what should never happen is that they only gave us three tiny butters and syrup packets for two pancake orders. Obviously most of the pancakes had to be eaten plain. Food was okay, not too the quality of the previous restaurant. I guess they severely ration condiments in this establishment. Quite disappointing. Will not return.

Service was great but the food was not so good. The pancake batter was very eggy, I tasted more egg than any other ingredient. The steak was good but a quarter of the steak was just fat. My side of bacon was very overcooked too
