Le Pancake Cafe - Ridgewood

The food was not worth the price. i mean the pizza sized pancakes were very dry. the eggs could’ve used more seasoning i got the farmers omelette). the service was not there i mean we were the only people in the restaurant at the time and we had a table of 5. the waitress barely came around to collect plates and give more water. One of us had to get up and ask for more water. TWICE! so not cool. but this was a very clean pretty restaurant but the food and service should’ve been better.

It’s called Pancake Cafe. Best pancake place ever! Pancakes were delicious and omelettes were perfect not oily and had fresh vegetables and other quality ingredients. Serving sizes were huge. Coffee is served in a pot, and to go cups are provide for leftover coffee. We were served chocolate chip cornbread with butter while we were deciding what to order. Everything about that place reflects love for customers and generosity! And everything was delicious and looked appealing. Service was 100%. Menu was short and had great options. We had a wonderful time as a family. Very reasonably priced and had lots of leftovers.

Pancakes are massive, slightly doughy and a little dry, but otherwise not terrible. Expensive. Breakfast was 40$ for two people. The atmosphere is nice though and the coffee is really tasty.

If you like pancakes go, I had the coconut and my son had the oversized oreo. Both very good. The oversized are crazy big, we took leftover home in a pizza box. Staff was nice.

Great food there! The employees there were just a bit late about taking peoples order but otherwise the food was a solid 9/10! Recommend going here if you are looking for some really good food!
