La Torrada - Ridgewood

Food was excellent. Just disappointed on the dessert selection. I mentioned that it was our anniversary it was not acknowledged.

My colleagues and I visited this restaurant for a business dinner. There were six of us on a weeknight. The ambiance and sound system were top-notch, allowing us to converse easily across our large round table. Two of us ordered a shrimp dish that was delicious. I opted for the salmon, which was cooked perfectly and accompanied by flavorful vegetables. However, two guests were disappointed with their tacos as the meat was tough to chew. We tried the corn bread dessert with vanilla ice cream, which was a hit. The chocolate cake we ordered to share was large but unfortunately dry. Overall, the restaurant was pleasant, but the food quality could use some improvement to match the upscale atmosphere and prices.

Even though we didn't have a reservation, they gave us a good table, friendly service, the place is very beautiful and well decorated, excellent attention, extensive menu, delicious and exquisite food, good parking, and we recommend it 100%.

I had high expectations of the place and only the place meets it, they left me owed with the cuts we selected, a tomahawk and a porter house below the taste vs what it costs. A rib that shows off and if it is saved, a spectacular starter yellow beet! The cauliflower is very delicious too. The service is good, the cuts not so much, the atmosphere and place gratifying.
