I ordered the Two Fresh Packed Pints (16oz Two Baked Goods Combo. I ordered one pint of the Cherry Garcia and one pint of the Salted Caramel Blondie, two Cookies, two Brownies, several toppings in 20oz cups. When i opened my bag and laid everything out on the table, we were missing the two Cookies and two brownies (which are big NOT CHEAP! I am far from a novice on the innerworkings of Door Dash and how that worked yet. So, I called the store! I politely stated what was wrong with my order and a very nice sweet boy explained to me that he was unsure on how to proceed with my order (which I appreciated, btw! , and that he would get his manager to help me. All of the sudden i have this NASTY, NASTY, NASTY LITTLE GIRL ON THE PHONE! She proceeded to tell me that she specifically remembered packing my order (should that be make me feel special??? Lol! , REMEMBERS SPECIFICALLY THAT SHE PUT TWO BROWNIES TO COOKIES IN MY BAG! . I tried to forge ahead and say that I didn 't want the food (even though she did turn a special dinner date night I surprised my Mother with, turned it into a nightmare because this Manager was yelling so loud my Mother could hear it across the room! Do, then that got my smother screaming and yelling too!!! Thanks for ruining the nice night I made for my Mother Ben Jerry 's manager!!! I 'll call DoorDash for my refund in the morning!

Ben Jerry was a pretty good place, they have a lot of seats out there that is perfect, I and my friends enjoyed this place. The only thing I could think about is that they should have the pineapple fertile, it wasn't there and I almost ordered nothing because they said they wouldn't shake, but then a person came out who knew how to shake so that we could order something.

Don't come here if you have allergies. Staff do not care about cross-contamination at all and will consider what they actually serve you. I was mixed with a lemonade sorbet with quite red that they were safe to me just part of the berries sorbet. It was actually Cherry Garcia and I had a pretty heavy reaction to it.

Amazing aromas as always. Ben and Jerry are never disappointed. Only sad was that they were free ice cream from their coffee Fudge milk. But I'm sure it'll be ASAP again.
