Waffle House - Ridgeland

Service was initially a little slow but the young lady who ended up helping me she was great all the way around five stars for her. Food not fancy but totally feeling great tasting and cooked perfectly by the grill operators. I got my food in a timely manner after they finally took my order.

Almost an hour after my order I waited and they didn't even start my meal. Others came in, ordered and got their food before I was tired to wait and left.

Until far the BEST Waffle House was I?ve. Food better, the atmosphere is better, the service is better. 10 out of 10 for me.

I hate to come to this restaurant because it is always super dirty, very packed and the waiting staff is hostile and rude. But today was the last straw. I stopped at this Waffle House and ordered $35 in food. The server seemed impatient from the beginning. I was so thirsty when I ordered that I asked for a cup of water. The server moved to a shield that said when performing orders there is a fee of $1.00 for a cup of water or ice. This is already above 10% in the execution of orders. On top of that, the lady who took the order to completely ignore me and walk around me and she went outside to enter a conversation with a man standing out there. She never apologized. She just stopped the conversation abruptly. I had already thought about bringing Tupperware in there and placing my order for in-house and simply transferring it to the Tupperware when I received it to avoid the charge. But after today I will not come back at all. Why do you refuse me a cup of water when I spent $35? And I always type the agents. Even on orders. I always type at least $5.00 at each visit. Even if my meal is just $12 or $13. When I realized that the fee only went to orders, I decided to go. I asked for my card back, and the server rushed out loud when I left the building. She was very glacial, and I didn't care. What a terrible service. From now on, I'll prepare my breakfast at home. I'm not going to spend another dime in the waffle house. I went in the middle of my order prepared, and they need to eat that $35 dollars sale loss. His poetic justice.

Had been 5 stars if I could eat in the store. But the waiting staff said they had to close early to do inventory. I thought the situation was open 24 hours. Apparently not.
