I like coming to this Panera to have lunch and do work. On June 3 in the evening, I called in an order to pick up. The service on the phone and face to face (when I went to pick up the order was phenomenal. After the phone call, I raved to my husband about how great the person on the phone was so personable and helpful. After picking up my order, I continued to rave to my husband about Josh (I think that was his name? and how I wish he could work everywhere or even just accompany me throughout my day (ya know, encouraging me and helping me do stuff . Enthusiasm. Politeness. Thoughtfulness. Pride in his work. I think it was the same person on the phone and in person because it's unlikely that they'd have two such superstars on the same shift. Seriously, thank you for such a positive interaction! It was really refreshing. :
