Five Guys - Ridgeland

Double hamburger with grilled onions and mushrooms was wonderful. Large Cajun fries ? were tasty but not crispy. All diet drinks were completely out except for diet ginger ale. Which was refreshing but far from my preferred choices. All that for $25! Five guys visit 2-24-24. Review date 3-6-24.

Both of the burgers I ordered were made wrong. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure how I ended up with mushrooms and onions on my plain cheeseburger.

First time trying them and the burgers were just okay??‍I loved the fries and the customer service/atmosphere was AMAZING,Very CLEAN AS WELL ,That alone will have us return??

I frequent this Five Guys almost once a week. The burger and fries are always spot on! Hot fries, hot and correct burger — no problem with the food.The service is what’s making me give it 4 stars. Staff often seems hassled by taking my order — as though they’d rather not deal with my want to order a burger. But sometimes their more friendly, though that’s like every one out of four or five times.Overall, a good Five Guys.Kid-friendliness: Could totally take your kid there.

The food here is good, However the employees NOT too much. The employees literally were talking to each other about customers, snickering and making fun of paying customers. Management needs to be told about this. This happened on 11/9/23. It was a guy , and a girl in the back. Again Management needs to be called about
